New Media Artist Research
I am particularly interested in biology and artwork that focuses on the organic qualities and micro-systems of the body. I had a field day looking at this website to find these artists:
A quote from her website from an article about her work sums up the connection between the arts & sciences: ”Both the artist and the scientist are prompted by the same creative urge to find a perceptible image of the hidden forces in nature of which they both are aware.”-Naum Gabo
I also really like this artist, who reminds me of Amanda: Laura Splan
