Abstract

             This paper examines the relationship between traditional Taoist philosophy and the Rhizomatic, as defined by Deleuze and Guattari. Joo Youn Paek’s work will be used as an intermediary of the two. Joo Youn Paek; mentions the influence of Taoism in her piece fold loud. This paper broadens the scope to show the influence of Toaism  and the rhizome in her other works.
